For awarded Competitive Affordable Housing Program rental applications, it is the responsibility of the housing organization (AHP Sponsor) to meet project administration requirements.

A Feasibility Workbook must be completed for each assisted unit in a project.

- Retention Agreements (Deed Restriction)
The member must ensure that any AHP-assisted rental project is bound by a recorded deed restriction or other legally enforceable retention agreement for a 15‑year period. The agreement must be recorded in the appropriate local jurisdiction before AHP funds are disbursed. The forms below apply to both fee simple land and tribal trust land.

A Construction Cost Calculator must be provided for each project at Application, Disbursement, and Project Completion Reporting (at minimum). Please choose the version that corresponds with the later of the year the project received bids or year of the construction contract.
