Supporting Documentation Guidelines

As part of required monitoring documentation, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines may request copies of income verification/tenant income certifications. It is important when sending these documents, even through secure email, organizations do not include any personal identifiable information (PII) within their documents or supplemental information.

This list is not comprehensive. If you are unsure if your supporting documentation contains PII, please contact the Community Investment Department BEFORE sending potentially sensitive information.
