The Lantern Light is a supportive housing residence, through the YWCA Cass Clay, serving survivors of domestic violence and homelessness through 23 one- to four-bedroom apartments. In 2021, the project received a $750,000 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) award, supported by Gate City Bank.
The Milton Earl is a 42-unit senior living community developed by Beyond Shelter, offering affordable housing for low- to moderate-income individuals aged 62 and older. In 2021, the project received a $750,000 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) award, supported by Bell Bank.
