If you are not currently an enrolled user in our down payment products, you must complete the following steps to access funding.

Get Started: Native American Homeownership Initiative

• Step 1: Sign and Submit the Down Payment Agreement

  Complete the Down Payment Agreement. This document must be signed by an authorized AHP signatory of the member financial institution.

  Email the completed Down Payment Agreement to dponline@fhlbdm.com .

  The Down Payment Agreement enrolls members in both Home$tart and NAHI.

• Step 2: Set-Up Users

  The designated eAdvantage administrator at the member financial institution must set-up and assign a User ID, password and role in Down Payment Online for the institution’s down payment user.

  The members down payment user will access DP Online through eAdvantage.

  eAdvantage administrators and down payment users should refer to the eAdvantage/DP Online Access Manual.

• Step 3: Review the Guidelines

  Review the NAHI Program Guidelines, Income Calculation Guidelines, NAHI Household Eligibility and Documentation Requirements, and the Technical Assistance Guide.
