At the Bank, our partnerships with diverse and non-diverse owned businesses help us build and expand our business and deliver the best value to our members. In support of amplifying the positive impact of our supplier diversity program through our prime contractors’ consideration and utilization of minority-, women- and disabled-owned businesses for new or existing contracting opportunities, we launched a Tier 2 reporting program.

Regulatory Requirements

As a part of our Tier 2 Program requirements and our obligation to the Federal Housing Finance Agency, our prime contractors are required to report Tier 2 spend quarterly.
