Amanda Novak is the senior vice president of strategic integration for the YMCA of the North. Ms. Novak is responsible for leading organizational strategy, with a focus on the Y’s real estate, digital, and data platforms. She is committed to community building opportunities that elevate impact and leverage limited resources. Prior to joining the YMCA, Ms. Novak served as the associate vice president of development at CommonBond Communities for 12 years. She led the construction and financing of over 2,300 units in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa and supported the organization’s Housing Investment Fund, advising long- and short-term investment strategies for working capital.
