Eligibility

Grantee Selection

An eligible grantee is:

  1. A not-for-profit organization or government entity with an affordable housing or community development mission; and
  2. Located in a Member Impact Fund designated state or U.S. territory

Note: Grantees that provide services in the eligible area but are not located there are not eligible to receive a Member Impact Fund award.

Note: If the grantee organization is a not-for-profit, an Employer Identification Number (EIN) will be required on the application. To verify a not-for-profit is eligible, view our not-for-profit list available on the eligible state's funding round webpage.
