Rich joined FHLB Des Moines in 2014. As a senior relationship manager he covers Western Missouri and Southwest Iowa. Before joining the Bank, Rich spent nearly 30 years as a bank regulator with the Missouri Division of Finance, where he last served as commissioner of finance from 2009 through 2014. Rich also served as the division’s deputy commissioner and was a bank examiner in the Central Missouri district. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and accounting from Lincoln University and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. He is a certified examinations manager. Rich lives in Jefferson City, Missouri, with his wife and daughter and can be found fishing whenever time permits.
