Barbara (Barb) Sparr joined the Bank in 2023 as a relationship manager in the Member Solutions Department. She covers the southern half of Minnesota. Prior to joining the Bank, Barb spent 10 years with Magnifi Financial Credit Union in Melrose, Minnesota, where for the last three years served as vice president of treasury; responsible for liquidity management, asset liability management, the inestment portfolio, and interest rate risk modeling. Barb brings 20 years of treasury experience to her role - with extensive knowledge of liquidity management, as well as balance sheet management strategies to maximize liquidity and earnings. Barb received her Bachelor of Science in accounting from Northern State University. She lives in Alexandria, Minnesota.
