Clay joined FHLB Des Moines in 2001 as a collateral analyst with members in Northern Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. He then moved into the role of relationship manager for Minneapolis-St. Paul and Northern Minnesota. Currently, Clay is a Senior Relationship Manager, covering Minneapolis-St. Paul, Northern Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota. Before joining the Bank, Clay spent 17 years in the financial industry working for regional and community financial institutions as a senior lender, bank board member and stockholder, problem loan workout specialist and lender. He holds a Bachelor of Science in agricultural economics from North Dakota State University and graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School. Fargo, North Dakota, is home for Clay.
