Mr. Lozano brings years of experience in neighborhood planning, development planning, comprehensive long-range planning and regional planning to the Council. He has led planning projects in several Iowa communities and Des Moines area neighborhoods. Prior to joining RDG Planning & Design in 2001, Mr. Lozano served as the planning administrator at the City of Des Moines for five years.
