Ms. Piper is the president and chief executive officer of Hawaii Community Reinvestment Corporation (HCRC), a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). She has been with HCRC since June 2015, providing financing, training and consulting services to impact affordable housing, community and economic development in the state of Hawaii. Prior to joining the HCRC, she held various senior leadership roles in credit and commercial banking for banks in Hawaii.
