The Space

Known simply as 909 Locust, our LEED- and WELL-certified building is shared with other tenants (including Starbucks and Fresko), connected to the downtown skywalk, and within walking distance of restaurants, hotels, the sculpture garden, the public library, the Civic Center, the Riverwalk and more. 

Our modern and tech-savvy workspace was built for collaboration. You’ll find social and meeting spaces to share lunch, ideas, progress reports and celebrations.
