Supporting eligible organizations working to improve the opportunity of affordable housing or community development

The Member Impact Fund is an up to 3:1 matching grant program that encourages partnerships between eligible FHLB Des Moines member financial institutions and an eligible grantee.  An eligible grantee includes a not-for-profit organization or government entity that has a mission of promoting affordable housing or community development and is located in an eligible state or U.S. territory.

This program is offered as part of the Bank's voluntary contributions, designed to increase support for underserved and financially vulnerable populations in our district.

Only members (not grantees) may apply for the Member Impact Fund. Certain member requirements must be satisfied.
