Cherie Schuler is the senior director of member and financial operations for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines. She has held various roles since joining the Bank in 1984. In her role, Cherie oversees the member and financial operations of the Bank, which includes the advance funding desk, membership, collateral management, business process mapping, and other banking operations. She also serves as the OFAC officer.
She earned her business degree from Upper Iowa University and is certified in Banking Operations and Technology from Vanderbilt University. Cherie is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).
