Wil W. Osborn is the chief business officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines. Wil joined the Bank in 2020 and has responsibility for the Bank’s member-facing departments including community investment, funding product group, marketing communications, member experience, member relationships and solutions and the mortgage product group.
Prior to joining FHLB Des Moines, Wil served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka for 14 years. Before joining the FHLBank System, he served as vice president, director of profitability and performance measurement for Bank of the West.
Wil is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the CFA Institute. He has a bachelor of science in Finance from Brigham Young University and a master of business administration from Westminster College.
