As chief information and operations officer, Kevin oversees the Bank’s information technology and information security functions in the Bank, as well as the business activities of the Member and Financial Operations teams.
Kevin joined FHLB Des Moines in 2020. Prior to his current role, he served as vice president and managing director of IT Operations at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago. His information technology roles and responsibilities over the years have included risk, compliance and administration.
Prior to joining the Chicago Bank, Kevin served as assistant vice president of business systems and IT governance for Illinois Mutual Life Insurance from 2014 to 2018. Kevin served as the director of business solutions for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh for nearly 13 years.
