Teresa J. Keegan has served as executive vice president and CFO of Fidelity Bank in Edina, Minnesota since 2018. Ms. Keegan previously served as senior vice president and CFO since 2002. Ms. Keegan has over 30 years of financial management experience in the areas of finance, IT, human resources, audit, and compliance. Ms. Keegan previously served on the board of Habitat for Humanity of Minnesota and Minnesota Bankers Association Insurance and Services, Inc.
Ms. Keegan’s position as an executive officer of a member institution and her involvement in and knowledge of finance, as indicated by her background, support her qualifications to serve on our Board of Directors. She currently serves as chair of the Compensation Committee.
