Mr. Perez is vice president of programs at Rasmuson Foundation, Alaska’s largest, private philanthropic organization. Since 2008, he has led the Foundation’s investments in housing and community economic development and managed its program-related investment (PRI) portfolio. Mr. Perez has over two decades of grantmaking and philanthropic impact investing experience. Before arriving in Alaska, he worked for nearly 10 years on programs in homeownership, small business development and lending, and other wealth creation strategies in rural and urban communities and Indian Country in Minnesota, the western U.S., and Pacific Northwest.
