Since 2007, Mr. Hubert has overseen the development of strategy, policy, advocacy efforts, and real estate operations for Central City Concern. In this role, he has had oversight of over $230 million in real estate development for more than 1,300 units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space, including medical facilities. Additionally, he oversees employment services programs with an annual operating budget of more than $1 million serving more than 1,000 people annually.
Mr. Hubert began his career in affordable housing in 1998. Previously, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager with Cascade Management, Inc., a firm that specializes in managing affordable housing properties in Oregon.
He currently serves on the boards of Housing Oregon (past chair, treasurer, vice chair, and Portland Policy chair), Oregon Facilities Authority (past chair and vice-chair), and Wells Fargo CDE Advisory Board, as well as numerous City of Portland and State of Oregon advisory committees.
Mr. Hubert earned a bachelors degree from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania.
