Second Quarter 2026 Combined

The 2026 Second Quarter Combined Financial Report (CFR) for the Federal Home Loan Banks has been published and filed with the Federal Housing Finance Agency. An electronic copy of the CFR can be obtained on the Office of Finance website. For a printed copy of the CFR, please email the Office of Finance at documents@fhlb-of.com.

A printed copy of the Combined Financial Report will also be provided to any FHLBank or any FHLBank member, free of charge, upon request to the Office of the Finance at info@fhlb-of.com.
