Provide Feedback on Your Financial Institution's Community Support Efforts

To maintain access to certain credit products, our members are asked to submit a Community Support Statement to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA).

This statement is completed every two years and confirms their compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) as well as provides a record of lending to first-time homebuyers.

Nonprofit organizations, community groups and Advisory Council Members are all invited to provide public comment on the community support performance of FHLB Des Moines members. Please take a look at this page for a list of members under review. 

To ensure consideration, all public comments must be submitted to FHFA by email #HMGCommunitySupportProgram@FHFA.gov or fax to 202.777.1209 by March 24, 2023.
