Our Community Investment team will walk through everything you need to know to complete an application for a Competitive Affordable Housing Program grant. Up to $1,000,000 per project is available.

In this session, we will walk through:

  • key program information for 2023,
  • eligibility requirements,
  • each of the seven scoring criteria categories,
  • project feasibility guidelines, 
  • briefly discuss post-award monitoring, and 
  • live Q&A

Our Community Investment team will also have time to answer your questions. Submit questions ahead of time on your registration form or ask them during the live webinar.

Who Should Attend?

This webinar will be beneficial for both housing sponsor applicants as well as FHLB Des Moines members who want to support housing organizations in their local communities through an AHP grant application.
