Legacy Rental Project Administration

For awarded Competitive Affordable Housing Program rental applications, it is the responsibility of the housing organization (sponsor) to meet project administration requirements.

Below, you will find instructions, forms, workbooks and other resources for rental projects originated in 2014 and prior years in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Application Resources:

Subsidy Transfer Request:

To draw funds for the Competitive Affordable Housing Program, submit a subsidy request form and any other materials specified on the checklist, including an updated Rental Feasibility Workbook.

Rental Feasibility Workbook:

Workbooks are completed for AHP project monitoring for projects approved in 2014 and years prior. Refer to the instructions for examples of completed Workbooks. 

Retention Agreements:
