Tier 2 Program
At the Bank, our partnerships with diverse and non-diverse owned businesses help us build and expand our business and deliver the best value to our members. In support of amplifying the positive impact of our supplier diversity program through our prime contractors’ consideration and utilization of minority-, women- and disabled-owned businesses for new or existing contracting opportunities, we launched a Tier 2 Program.

As a part of our Tier 2 Program requirements and our obligation to the Federal Housing Finance Agency, our prime contractors are required to report Tier 2 spend quarterly.
As part of our Tier 2 Program, we're requesting that all our prime contractors report spend and contract counts with their diverse and non-diverse subcontractors.
