The FHLB provides securities
safekeeping and custody services for
all types of securities including
Federal Reserve Book entry or
depository eligible and physical
securities. Our Safekeeping
Department provides securities
pledging services, same-day cash
settlement transactions, timely
resolution of payment problems, and
a monthly statement of holdings
report through eAdvantage.
If
you are interested in transferring
your portfolio to the FHLB, we will
waive the first month’s maintenance
fees and the delivery-in/receipt

transactions that have the potential
to reduce income flow to your
institution.
ReportsYou will receive a Statement of
Holdings Report at the end of each
month as well as pledge, payment,
and custody receipts as transactions
occur through our eAdvantage
reporting system. If you are not
currently using eAdvantage, you will
receive this information by mail.
ResearchThe Safekeeping and Custody
Department will research any
questions concerning payments on
securities that the Home Loan Bank
holds for your account. This
includes payments received or
missing payments. An attempt will be
made to answer all inquiries within
one business day. If more time is
required, we will provide you with
an explanation of the delay.
