Completed applications can be faxed to the Money Desk at 515.699.1250 for processing. Applications must be received by 3:00 PM for same day processing.

For FHLB Des Moines Standby Letters of Credit. Other types of letters of credit, including confirming letters of credit issued to enhance bond issues, are subject to a different fee schedule.
