Income Protection

Disability
  • Short-term and long-term disability at no cost to the employee
  • Short-term disability coverage for the first 90 days at 60% of pay
  • Long-term disability coverage at 60% of monthly salary
Sick Leave
  • Sick leave benefits are accrued monthly at a rate of 10 days per year
Life Insurance
  • Bank-paid life insurance of one times annual base salary
  • Option for an additional life coverage up to two times annual base salary
  • Company-paid accidental death and dismemberment insurance

Thrift Plan
  • Employee contributions up to 50% of pay on a pre-tax or after-tax basis
