Income Guidelines and Purchase Price Limits


Income limits and purchase price limits shown below are in effect until superseded by an update from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines. The effective date will be indicated below or on the limits or guidelines document.

HUD Income Guidelines

Effective December 1, 2011
Income Guidelines for AHP Rental or Homeownership projects. Very low income is defined as 50% AMI and low-income is defined as 80% AMI. 60% of median income may be calculated by doubling 30% of median income limit.

Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA) Income Limits
Effective July 14, 2011
NAHASDA limit is only for households that are eligible for assistance from a Tribally Designated Housing Authority.
