As an alternative to contacting the Money Desk, members may request certain advance types online by using the speed and convenience of the Bank’s secured website, eAdvantage (Opens in New Window).
Business Hours for Online Advances
Term advances may be requested through eAdvantage between the hours of 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (CT) Monday through Friday on normal business days. Overnight advance transactions may be requested until 4:30 PM (CT)*. Advance terms from overnight to less than five years are available online with no limit on the number of advances booked in one business day. However, any one single advance, as well as advances for any specific term, must be less than $15 million.
