Effective January 2, 2013, FHLB Des Moines will allocate $300,000 of its Affordable Housing Program contribution to members to help eligible Native American households purchase single family owner-occupied residences. Reservation of funds is available to members on a first come, first served basis. Members may reserve up to $20,000 at a time for 90 days.
