Click here for a report on AHP awards in 2012. $10 million in subsidies were awarded for homeownership and rental projects supporting acquisition, construction, and rehabilitation of housing for low-and-moderate income households.
In 2013, the maximum AHP subsidy award in the competitive Affordable Housing Program (AHP) will be $500,000 for a single project, subject to a limit of $30,000 for each unit assisted. Pre-Application ( closed on March 15, 2013)
Sponsors should complete a pre-application to obtain technical assistance from Community Investment staff prior to application. Submit the pre-application and a Feasibility Workbook during the pre-application period.
