The Iowa Loan and Credit Guarantee
Fund is designed to help businesses
that are having difficulty accessing
conventional financing. The fund
provides lenders with additional
security, thereby encouraging
greater lender activity to Iowa
businesses.
Housing Application Review Team
(HART)
HART is a cooperative inter-agency
work group organized by the Iowa
Rural Development Council. By using
the Housing Application Review Team
process, a potential applicant may
submit the completed one-page form
along with a brief narrative and
have a proposed project informally
reviewed by six funding agencies
with one communication.
Endow Iowa and County Endowment Fund
Endow Iowa legislation provides
grants to some Qualified Community
Foundations and state tax credits to
persons donation to such
Foundations.
