2007 Recipients
In 2007, FHLB Des Moines awarded 44 communities $1.0 million across its five-state district of Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota and South Dakota through its Rural Homeownership Fund (RHFund).

The RHFund provides down payment, closing cost, counseling or rehabilitation assistance to eligible households purchasing owner-occupied units in rural locations. Since its inception in 1996, the RHFund has funded or committed over $15 million to help individuals and families in FHLB Des Moines five-state district.

2006 Recipients
In 2006, FHLB Des Moines awarded 147 members $3.5 million across its five-state district of Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota and South Dakota.

First Offering
FHLB Des Moines announced the recipients of the Rural Homeownership Fund First Offering in August and awarded 63 members $1.5 million across its five-state district.
