Subsidy Transfer Request
To draw funds for an
Affordable Housing Program (AHP)
grant award, please submit a Subsidy
Transfer Request Form and any other
documentation specified on the
Subsidy Transfer Request checklist,
including applicable sections of the
Feasibility Review Workbook and
project monitoring spreadsheets. For

Retention Agreements
(Deed Restrictions)
Each unit assisted in a
homeownership project is
subject to a five year deed
restriction. The
owner of each unit must
enter into an agreement that
will be recorded and filed
in the appropriate
jurisdiction by the member
or sponsor.
