Affordable Housing Program (AHP) 2010 Funding

FHLB Des Moines Affordable Housing Program addresses homeownership and rental housing needs of low- to moderate-income households in partnership with member financial institutions and local community development organizations.

FHLB Des Moines is no longer accepting applications for our 2010 competitive Affordable Housing Program (AHP). Our next funding round will take place in May 2011. In addition to our competitive AHP funding round, FHLB Des Moines also offers three homeownership set-aside programs: Rural Homeownership Fund, Native American Homeownership Initiative and Urban First-time Homebuyer Fund.
