Headquarters Projects 2014 and Prior
The FHLB Des Moines and FHLB Seattle became one Bank on June 1, 2015. In addition, FHLB Des Moines launched AHP Online in 2015, a new web-based system for making Competitive Affordable Housing Program application and for project monitoring. This system was available to sponsors and members making application with FHLB Des Moines Headquarters Office* in 2015.
The combined Bank, FHLB Des Moines, will work with members and sponsors to complete grant awards from FHLB Des Moines and FHLB Seattle that were made prior to the merger and prior to the introduction of AHP Online. The Bank will provide dedicated webpages to administer those awards. This page will serve sponsors and members from the Headquarters Office that made application and were awarded funds in 2014 and prior years. Sponsors and members from the Western Office* that made application in the years prior to 2016 should refer to our Western Office Projects 2015 and Prior page.
Headquarters office projects approved in 2014 and prior years will be governed by Headquarters office AHP Implementation Plans applicable to the year or round the project application was approved. If you require a copy of the Implementation Plan applicable to your project, contact the Community Investment Department.
